EVENT FAQ’s
How do I find the speaker or session I should attend?
- NASW will send a link to the website where you will add your credentials. This website contains a separate tab for each: sessions, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors. Click the tab you desire to take you to the content.
How do I join a session?
- First, select the day you signed up for (Day 1, Day 2, Day 3) and sign in using the email you used to register. Once logged in, you will be directed to that day's session page. Click on the title of the session you wish to view. Because you have registered to access the site in advance, you won’t be asked to re-enter your credentials to watch.
How do I find out more information about the speakers who are presenting?
- Click the speaker tab at the top of the site to take you to the speaker bios page.
How do I ask questions during sessions?
- Once in your desired session, you will see a Q&A area to the right of the player window. Type your question there and it will be sent live to the moderator in the room. Please note, this will not be seen by the audience, just the Moderator.
Will the sessions be available to watch on-demand?
- Yes! All sessions will be available to watch on-demand shortly after the end of the event. Come back to the same list of sessions to watch on-demand. If the site asks, be sure to use the same credentials with which you originally registered.
How will I know if I received credit for attending the required sessions?
- As in years past, live attendance is required. Sonic Foundry’s system provides analytics as to viewer attendance and engagement. Answer the survey for the sessions you have attended. A certificate will be generated at the bottom of the Survey tab where you can download and print your completed certificate. Your certificate will automatically tally the sessions for which you have completed a survey, so no need to print a certificate for each session.
