UW–Madison Diversity Forum 2021: Rising Above and Reshaping our World in the Image of Justice

Please fill out the form below to register for the 2021 UW–Madison Diversity Forum. The conference will take place on Nov. 2 & 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time.

There is limited seating available for in-person participation at Wisconsin Union South, 1308 Dayton St., on the first day of the conference. The second day will be conducted online as a virtual conference with no in-person option. To accommodate reduced capacity in Union South, please only reserve a seat on day one if you plan to attend in-person for the full day.
